The Breakfast Club was set up to support women's continued development in the fields of Film Development, Distribution, Exhibition and Festivals in Ireland.

Our aim is to provide a forum for discussion and networking opportunities by hosting peer-to-peer events every other month.

Our morning meet-ups create an opportunity for industry leaders to share invaluable insights into the business of film and get talking about the things that matter to us, and challenge us.

Our mission is to promote women's achievements in the fields and
empower our community to advocate for and to support each other.
