Since 2019, Síle has been consulting on Audience Design for independent producers and established production companies throughout Europe, Canada, Australia and Latin America.

She facilitates and runs workshops for film teams to help them identify potential audiences for their projects and position them in an ever-competitive marketplace. Her work as Audience Designer has contributed to international premieres at top festivals, world sales deals, theatrically-released titles, and millions in funding secured with bodies across the world.

She also advises screen agencies and organisations on audience-centric approaches – among them Nederlands Film Fonds, Estonian Film Institute, Eurimages and Arts Council of Malta. She is a key advisor to Film i Väst and a returning partner of Screen Australia and TorinoFilmLab. In 2026, she launched Screen Ireland's first Audience Design consultancy for Irish producers.

Before all of this, Síle held positions in distribution at Pulse Films, CinemaLive and Altitude Films, working on award-winning campaigns and box-office records – from Cannes buzz indies and Oscar-nominated animations to boyband concerts and live opera.

She is the Director of The Audience Design Lab for the International Screen Institute, a voting member of the European Film Academy and the founder of The Breakfast Club, a peer-to-peer network for women working in the Business of Film in Ireland.

Síle is an alumna of Berlinale Talents, Torino Film Lab, LIM Less Is More and the NFTS, and has recently completed a postgraduate in Design Thinking from the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT).
